How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed within 2–6 weeks, depending on the size of the project and how quickly content is provided.
Do I need to provide the text and photos?
You can provide them if you have them. If not, we can help write content and source professional stock images.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and designed to look great on all devices.
Can I update the website myself?
Absolutely. We build websites that are easy to edit, and we can show you how to make basic updates.
Traditional web designers vs. HsvDesign?
With a traditional web design agency, you work with concepts such as clients, servers, databases, data models, and HTML templating. You work in text documents, and it’s up to you to know what to type.
With HsvDesign, you can work in clicks, rather than code, and apply higher-level concepts such as “show this button”, “send an email”, and “turn this font color red.” We design your page using a visual editor.
Will my website be secure?
Of course. We include security features and best practices to help protect your website.
Can you connect my socials?
Yes. We can link your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media profiles to your website.
Do you use website builders?
Tools like Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow let you build a website without knowing HTML or CSS. Most of these tools allow you to create different pages, upload images and media, create a blog, build a form, or set up a shopping cart. These tools generally don’t give you control over your websites flow and design, and instead offer templated solutions to common use cases. We do not use these website builders for this reason.
HsvDesign gives you complete control over exactly what happens on your website, at every level. Define custom categories of data, take actions such as sending an email or connecting to Facebook, and specifying situation-specific logic.
Can you help me get more customers?

What is hosting?
Hosting is when you rent space on a server to store all your website files and data. We use professional hosting companies that give redundancy to your website files and deliver your website fast to visitors.
Do you offer website hosting?
Yes. We offer secure hosting, backups, updates, and ongoing maintenance to keep your website running smoothly. To be transparent, we recommend that you own your own hosting, but we are more than happy to host for you.
Will my website show up on Google?
Yes, but it takes time. We build websites with SEO best practices and also offer ongoing SEO services to improve rankings.
Can you redesign my current website?
Yes. We can refresh your existing website or build a completely new one while keeping your current content if desired.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes. If you don’t already have one, we’ll help you choose and register the right domain. We use NameCheap or GoDaddy to purchase domains.
Do I own my website?
Yes, absolutely. Once your project is complete and paid for, your website belongs to you.
Can you add new pages later?
Yes. Your website can grow with your business, and new pages or features can be added anytime.
Can my website accept online payments?
Yes. We can integrate secure payment options for products, services, or deposits.
What if I don't have a logo?
That’s completely fine, we can use a placeholder or we offer professional logo design and branding services.
What happens after my website is finished?
We’ll launch your website and can continue providing hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. We offer website maintenance.
